Bradford B. Lear

Attorney Brad Lear focuses his practice on complex personal injury and employment litigation, including the representation of groups of employees in class and collective actions. Brad has successfully represented workers in cases involving wage and hour disputes, including claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for unpaid overtime, and other employment matters involving gender, racial, religious, and disability discrimination. He also represents clients in serious injury and wrongful death claims as well as claims for vexatious refusal to pay insurance proceeds due under life, accident, and long-term care insurance.

Todd C. Werts

 

Attorney Todd Werts focuses his practice on personal injury, employment, and workers' compensation cases. Todd has successfully represented clients in claims involving serious personal injuries arising from automobile collisions, trucking accidents, and falls as a result of dangerous premises. His extensive workers' compensation experience includes handling cases involving spinal injuries, torn rotator cuffs, and carpal tunnel, among other work-related injuries. Todd is an active member of the Missouri Bar and the Boone County Bar Association, and is a frequent speaker on injury and employment law issues.

Sander C. Sowers

 

Attorney Sander Sowers represents individuals in serious personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment cases, including wage and hour class and collective actions. Alongside his legal practice, Sander is an active member of the Boone County Bar Association, of which he serves as the Young Lawyers Committee Chairperson, and also the Columbia Chapter of Rotaract.
